It was disheartening to see the events unfolding in the last few days in my beloved country. The response of the president was repugnant and shameful, but not surprising. The president's behavior as a birther, his bigoted past and race-baiting campaign provided ample evidence to the type of man he is, his true beliefs and who he really supports.
